2011 Safety Expo Vendor Registration Confirmation

Step#1: Complete the following Vendor registration information below. 

Step#2: Calculate the total cost of registration fees and enter the amount below. 

Step#3: Submit the registration information by clicking the link below. 

Step#4: Make a PayPal credit card payment for the amount due by clicking the payment link below. 

When:   Wednesday, August 10, 2010  8:30am - 4:30pm

Expo date may be subject to change, if so, all vendors will be contacted with the revised date

Where:  Mid-Michigan Community College Campus, Harrison, MI

Cost:     $15 Registration Fee (per person to cover breakfast/lunch)

             and a minimum of $35 worth of door prizes. (Table Space 3' x 5')

                Continental breakfast and lunch is included in this cost.
